All purchases are subject to our terms of service, found below. By purchasing an item through Allen Staple (www.chicagostaplewarehouse.com) you are agreeing to all of the terms below. 

Items will be shipped, generally in 2 days, subject to our shipping policy. 

All returns must be made within 14 days and in accordance with our returns policy.

All items sold by Allen Staple are COMMERCIAL ITEMS designed, intended, and sold for COMMERCIAL USE. These commercial products are dangerous when misused; by placing a purchase on Allen Staple you are acknowledging that the item purchased is a commercial product and accepting the inherent risk associated with it. 

No guarantee is made to the color of the fasteners purchased. Pictures are often representative, and the color of the staple may deviate from the picture. If you need a specific color, you must let us know prior to ordering. 

Allen Staple may, at its discretion, cancel any order. In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will be provided.
